Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for purchasing from BackyardStudios. We strive to provide high-quality backyard studios and accessories. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

Returns
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@backyardstudios.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-built studio kits
- Used or installed items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Please contact us if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@backyardstudios.com.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@backyardstudios.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@backyardstudios.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
